Please refer to the list of insurance plans below to find the name of your Customer Area. Then, click on the Area corresponding to your contract:

  • Access and download your documents (insurance card, insurance certificate, etc.).

  • Track your payments, download calls for contributions, and pay online if you are the policyholder.

  • View your latest reimbursements and download your statements if you are a beneficiary.

  • Access and modify your personal information (address, bank details, etc.)

APRIL International UK :

The Customer Area is not available for these policies:

  • Long-term International Health Insurance Plan

  • Short-term International Health Insurance Plan

  • Student International Health Insurance Plan

  • Group International Health Insurance Plan
