Would you like to file a complaint related to an APRIL International policy agreement? Please follow these steps.

Processing Time

Please be advised that our partner insurers have entrusted us with processing complaints. We will do our utmost to provide you with a response within ten working days of the date on which the complaint is sent, and will undertake to keep you informed of updates in the process within the same period if, for reasons beyond our control, this period should be extended.

If the disagreement persists and no amicable solution can be found

In any case, the ombudsman may only be contacted after having at least gone through our Complaints Department. These steps have no bearing on other legal remedies available to you.

If the policy was taken out remotely via the Internet, you can also refer the matter to the relevant ombudsman by submitting a complaint on the European Commission's platform for dispute resolution, which can be accessed at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Please be advised that the data collected for the processing of your complaint is processed by our company for the purpose of monitoring the handling of complaints, and may only be communicated to the insurer, its reinsurers, and the APRIL holding company, as well as to our partner service providers for the implementation of your cover. The information collected is essential for the registration, management, and execution of policy agreements by APRIL International Care France, the insurers, or their agents. You have the right to communicate, rectify, oppose, and delete data concerning you.
